Football Camps – General Information
Our camps are organized for young football players who are part of a youth or academy system and are looking to develop technically, physically, and mentally.
Our programs are not mass camps, but small-group, high-level development camps with genuine individual attention.
Camp Objectives for the Children
- develop in a safe, professional environment,
- make technical progress,
- be physically conditioned in a healthy and sustainable way,
- become mentally stronger and more confident,
- in the case of the Elite Pro Group program, receive clear, written professional feedback at the end of the camp for future references, recommendations and pathway to continue improvement
What's Included in the Fee
- Full kit (T-shirt, shorts, socks, backpack)
- Three meals per day (1 warm lunch, 2 snacks)
- Unlimited water

Camp Pricing & Payment Options, installment option
We have reduced the 2026 camp fees compared to last year, as the AZ Sport Foundation is reinvesting a large portion of its 2025 revenues into the 2026 programs.
The participation fee can also be paid in two or three monthly installments, making registration easier to plan for families.
Payments can be done with debit or credit cards online, however if you would like to pay with wire transfer please do contact us prior at az.sports.hungary@gmail.com.
Professional Guarantee
Our camps are organized and delivered by the AZ Sports International professional team, a development-focused group with international experience.
Our coaches and staff are qualified professionals with sports degrees or UEFA certifications.
Sports-Technical Director: Zsolt Laczkó
A UEFA Pro licensed coach, former Hungarian national team player, and former field coach of the Hungarian national team.
Coaches for each age group come from the largest Hungarian football academies and undergo a multi-stage selection process before joining AZ Sports.
Camp Management and Communication:
Sylvie Slos, President of the AZ Sport Foundation, is personally responsible for the overall organization of the camps, parent communication, and athlete-focused nutrition guidance provided by qualified professionals.
Proven Past Experience:
In 2025, the AZ Sports International team organized Real Madrid camps in Hungary and Montenegro, serving over 250 children with outstanding professional and parent feedback.
Two Programs – Tailored to the Child’s Level of Experience:
MAX
Technical Development Program
Ages: 7–13
Focus of the MAX Camp:
A developmental step for academy or youth players, preparing them in a safe and enjoyable way for higher-level programs (e.g., Elite Pro Group), with a focus on long-term development.
Improving ball control and ball-handling skills
Mastering proper technical execution at game pace
Building discipline, concentration, and a positive training mindset
Goalkeeper Technical Development:
Training focuses on refining fundamental skills and learning advanced goalkeeper techniques, tailored to each player’s individual level.
Goal keeper Focus Areas:
Catching and parrying techniques
Diving and low saves
Footwork, distribution, and goal kicks
Positioning, timing, and decision-making
1v1 situations and reaction training

ELITE PRO Group
Selective High-Performance Player Program
Ages: 8–13
Focus of the Elite Pro Player Group:
High-tempo technical decision-making on the field
Ball control and ball-handling under pressure
Technical execution at game pace
Individual technical corrections
Mental focus and concentration development
Intensive technical training
Athletic assessment (endurance, explosiveness, acceleration, correct breathing and posture)
Mental development led by Pál Lázár (former professional and national team player, founder of the Lázár Project)
Sports nutrition guide and consultation available for parents.
360° Professional Report Card:
At the end of the Elite Pro Group program, each child receives an individual report card with professional observations and concrete development recommendations.
Fee: 169,000 HUF
About the Assessment:
The assessment is not for exclusion, but to determine whether the player is ready for an intensive, elite-level training program in terms of:
technical skills
mental readiness
physical load capacity
This ensures that the Elite Pro Group:
maximizes benefit for every player,
avoids anyone being overloaded or under-challenged, allows fast yet safe development and all children in the group are in a similar professional level.
Assessment Fee: 8,000 HUF, payable separately to the professional coach during the assessment.
What happens if getting into the Elite Pro Group is not successful?
There are two options:
You can automatically join the Max Advanced Group, which is the advanced level before Elite Pro.
We will refund the membership fee you paid.
